Nomination Process and Timelines

Open to temperature control professionals world-wide
Self nominations are accepted ONLY with a Supporting Nomination by client or user (not from same company as nominee). The Supporting Nomination requires a second nomination form to be filled out by the client or user
A representative from the nominee organisation must be present to win and accept award (a representative must be registered for conference before nomination will be posted online for voting)

Fully complete and send the completed nomination form (see form below)
Send supplementary information to support the nomination to courtney.becker@iqpc.co.uk including:
- A PowerPoint presentation describing the project, initiative or team – limited to 15 slides (to be posted online and on-site at the conference for 'public' and 'community' judging. i.e. a PPT presentation is highly encouraged to contend with other nominees)
- White Papers or published articles
- Team or colleague or ‘user’ testimonials
- Alternative to PPT presentation, a Word document up to 1500 words or 3 pages

The nominations will be scored in each of the following:

Demonstrated improvements in efficiency (cost cutting, improvement docs, service levels, patient safety, reduced risk, streamlined processes, etc)
Technical content, validity, applicability and value
Impact to company, business or organisation
Novelty, pursuit of entrepreneurship and industry best practice
